KUNAK: Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate for the Lahad Datu parliamentary constituency, Sia Yu Hock said priority must be to issues involving the people’s basic infrastructure to be resolved if given a mandate in the election.
According to him, people especially in rural areas and towns in the Lahad Datu parliamentary area, including in Kunak state assembly, were still plagued by lack of clean water supply.
“For example in this Kunak State Assembly, I got information that the residents of Kg Pangi and some villages and housing here are always facing water problems, inconsistent supply rations, among others,” he told Daily Express.
