A scantily clad party recently held at a private resort in Pulau Lang Tengah (Terengganu) has received backlash by the state government.

Dubbed “Aloha Party”, several photos from the night managed to make their way on social media, angering officials who claimed that such party did not align with Terengganu’s tourism guidelines.

The controversial party was apparently held to celebrate “520”, which was known as the unofficial Valentine’s Day in China.

Following the news, it’s believed that the resort owner is set to be called in for investigation.
