The Vice-Chancellor of Maharshi Dayanand University, Milap Punia, has appointed senior professor of the Department of Computer Science and Applications, Nasib Singh Gill, as the first Dean of the newly constituted Faculty of Mathematical and Computational Sciences under the provisions of Statute-19 of the MDU Act.
His appointment will take immediate effect and remain valid until March 31.
