  • The proposed £2bn stadium, intended to replace Old Trafford, features a futuristic design with three prominent masts and a large plaza.
  • However, progress is currently stalled due to an impasse in negotiations with local landowner Freightliner, which is reportedly demanding £400m for land valued by United at £40-50m.
