Kota Kinabalu: As the State Government continues to develop Sabah through the Sabah Maju Jaya initiatives, there is a need to have balance development with environment protection.
And for that, the Sabah Environment Protection Association (Sepa) will act as the government’s partner, watchdog and conscious.
