Kota Kinabalu: A prominent Malaysian influencer known for his culinary content recently took to X to share a significant milestone in his career -- getting praises from the New Zeakand Prime Minister for his cooking.

Khairul Aming posted on social media Tuesday about his meeting with Christopher Luxon who expressed appreciation for his cooking and video series he launched in the country.

Khairul expressed his gratitude and excitement in posts that garnered millions of views,

“We also exchanged on various topics such as tourism exchange between Malaysia and New Zealand, the export of halal meat and dairy products, nature preservation and the potential export of local SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) products to New Zealand,” he said.

He reflected on his journey, sharing a humble beginning.

“Eight years ago, I filmed my first cooking video while sitting on the floor. Today, I have the privilege of sitting next to the Prime Minister of a renowned nation. Keep hustling, you’ll be amazed at where life can take you,” he wrote.
