Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Healthy Ageing Society (SHAS) hopes to promote integrative approach towards the ageing process and to foster and coordinate education study and research in ageing in Sabah.

Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya said healthy ageing is the process of maintaining and improving physical, mental and social well-being as you get older.

“We Malaysians should look into strategies and action plan to establish main priorities such as supporting planning and action, collecting data and promoting research on healthy ageing.
