The Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry (MITI) has unveiled the 2023 AUTO RAHMAH Package, which intends to alleviate people's financial burdens in terms of vehicle maintenance costs, particularly during the next Aidilfitri season.
This is in response to the government's Payung Rahmah Program's objective to relieve Malaysians of the rising burden of living costs.
The package invites owners to take their vehicles to authorised service outlets for a free 40-point safety inspection and a servicing package worth RM150.
Various items and services at reduced costs are provided under the package through 248 Proton service centres located throughout Malaysia.
To be specifics, customers can save 25% on semi-synthetic oil (semi-synthetic oil), 10% on oil filters and gaskets, and RM20 on labour fees.
The 2023 Proton Rahmah Campaign is targeted towards owners of the Proton Persona, Proton Iriz, Proton Exora, Proton Saga, as well as preceding models such as the Proton Inspira, Proton Waja, and Proton Wira.
