Manchester City have rejected a bid from PSG for Bernardo Silva.
TMW says PSG have offered 30m for the midfielder - which was turned down.
City are prepared to sell Bernardo, but are demanding 100m for the Portugal international.
Bernardo favours a move to Barcelona and the Catalans are keen. But Financial Fair Play issues have forced them to the margins.
PSG remain the only active suitor, though must go higher to convince City to sell.
