Paris Saint-Germain forward Hugo Ekitike is very much available before the transfer window closes.
The 21-year-old forward, who signed for the Parc des Princes club last summer, is not wanted anymore at PSG.
He played 12 games from the start last season under boss Christophe Galtier.
Per Sky Sports, the Ligue 1 winners want to sell Ekitike to fund other signings they wish to make.
Both West Ham United and Everton have been offered the chance to sign him permanently.
Everton are financially strained, which means a loan deal may appeal to them a lot more.
West Ham do have the funds to get a deal done, but have not yet made an official bid.
