Mateta, who has 13 goals and 4 assists in 34 games this term, has found his best form since Oliver Glasner took over at Palace.
He may be seen as a possible replacement for Kylian Mbappe by PSG manager Luis Enrique.
Palace are also in danger of clubs wanting to sign Adam Wharton, Michael Olise, and Ebere Eze.
