French giants Paris Saint-Germain could scupper Premier League side Tottenham's summer transfer plans.
The London giants are hoping to bring in Chelsea defender Levi Colwill to the club.
However, PSG are now said to have serious interest in signing Colwill themselves, per CBS's Ben Jacobs
Chelsea want to move on as many youth players as possible to raise transfer funds.
Given how FFP works, the club can spend more if they have a lot of academy graduate outgoing transfers.
Aside from Colwill, Chelsea may also be ready to sell Conor Gallagher, Armando Broja and Ian Maatsen.
