PSG superstar Neymar has sung the praises of Manchester City defender Ruben Dias and Chelsea's Kalidou Koulibaly.
Neymar admits Dias is among the best players he's faced.
He said, "[Rúben Dias] He's a very good centre-back: fast and strong.
"He also has quality and it's difficult to play against him.
"The same thing happens with Kalidou Koulibaly: he's fast and very strong."
