PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands says they're happy with the sale of Noni Madueke to Chelsea.
Brands explained why the Dutch club agreed to let Madueke leave during the winter transfer window.
Originally we didn't want to sell Noni in January, but at some point Chelsea came along," said Brands.
"First, we were offered 25 million euros, then 28, 32, 35, in the end the amount approached 40 million ...
"Madueke really wanted to return to England, so we accepted the offer."
