Former Manchester City boss Stuart Pearce stands by his call they won't win the Premier League this season.
Instead, the England great insists Newcastle United will clinch the title.
Asked if he believed City will recover from back-to-back defeats, Psycho told talkSPORT: "No, in all honesty. At the start of the season, I predicted that Newcastle would win the league. I'm not going to back away from that now, I'm sticking by that because I'm stubborn like that.
"I still don't think City will win the league. I think losing De Bruyne for that length of time at the start of the season is one of the main reasons I didn't fancy them to win it this year.
"Make no mistake, whoever finishes above them will win the league. They are going to be in the top two, but I just think this year having achieved what they did last year, they're just going to drop away a little bit."
