
Kota Kinabalu: Two of the 17 proposals from the study done on public transport by the Public Transport Unit of the State Works Ministry have been approved under the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) with an allocation of RM1.5 million.
The study was implemented in 2012 and approved by the Cabinet in 2016, specifically for the State, including Kota Kinabalu.
Deputy Chief Minister and Works Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said the two proposals are currently in the procurement planning stage and expected to be implemented in 2023.
