KOTA KINABALU: The City Hall (DBKK) has issued a stern reminder against vandalism following recent damage to public property in the city.
DBKK emphasised that public amenities are for the shared benefit of all, and damage caused by irresponsible actions incurs high repair or replacement costs.
A recent incident involved a damaged streetlight pole at Jalan Jati, reportedly due to vandalism, which will cost DBKK an estimated RM6,500 to repair.
