SANDAKAN: The Health Department is urged to publish all test reports that have been carried out so far on the quality of the water supply in Sandakan.
Sandakan Member of Parliament Vivian Wong said the prolonged issue of “salty taste” water is a serious public health issue and the people have the right to get a proper explanation on the matter.
“The welfare of the people must be the top priority of any responsible government. Late last year, there was an incident of seawater infiltration into the reservoir at the main water treatment plant in Segaliud, Sandakan.
