
PETALING JAYA: To promote safety on the road, Puspakom is offering free vehicle checks in view of the one week of school holidays which start tomorrow.
Dubbed the Voluntary Vehicle Inspection campaign, Puspakom said this is especially geared towards those planning to drive long distances during the period.
In a statement, it said the campaign is also aimed at reminding road users on the importance of optimal vehicle conditions when making such long-distance trips.
Those interested to have their vehicle checked may go to any Puspakom branch, except those in Shah Alam, Taman Bukit Maluri and Pasir Gudang, from 8am to 5pm.

The check will focus on vehicles’ critical safety elements, including their brakes, tyres, suspension, lights, and other components.
