PENAMPANG: Nine motorcycles and two cars parked in the underground parking area of Platinum Apartment in Putatan, here, were destroyed in a 3.30am fire on Friday.

No casualty was reported after district firemen brought the situation under control by 4.25am with water sourced from a fire truck.

The cause of fire and estimated losses involving a Perodua Axia and Mercedes Benz are still under investigation.

Meanwhile, the search is still ongoing for a man who suddenly went missing from his home on Thursday in Kg Bambangan, Tudon, here.
