Harvey Elliott has turned down the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona to sign with Liverpool, according to reports.
The Fulham midfielder, who became the youngest player to ever play in the Premier League last season, rejected a scholarship offer from the Cottagers this summer.
A host of clubs have shown an interest in signing the England U17s star, including Spanish giants Real and Barca.
The Telegraph says Elliott has decided on a move to Merseyside.
PSG and RB Leipzig were also interested in his signature.
Liverpool will have to agree a significant compensation package with Fulham to complete the signing.
