The bid for Manchester United by the Qatar Investment Authority is arriving at the end of the week.

Per The Mirror, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar, is the man backing the move.

He is a United fan and wants to buy the club from the Glazer family outright.

Per The Telegraph, all bids must go into The Raine Group by February 17th.

QIA is being linked with the club the strongest in the press, but there are other interested parties.

British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe is keen, Saudi investors are interested, and a new report from Daily Mail linked Elon Musk with putting in an offer.
