Besiktas are stepping up their pursuit of Everton striker Cenk Tosun.
Up for sale at Goodison Park, Tosun is interesting former club Eintracht Frankfurt.
However, Sabah says Besiktas officials are due in England this week for talks with Everton for Tosun.
Besiktas coach Abdullah Avci wants to see his attack strengthened and has recommended Tosun's addition.
The Turks hope to secure agreement with Everton over a loan deal.
"I am ready to come to an agreement with the club," Tosun was quoted saying, referring to Besiktas.
