Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is adamant Marco Asensio's knee injury won't change their transfer plans.
It's been suggested the nine-month long absence of Asensio will force Real to take Gareth Bale off the transfer list.
But Zidane says: "We are touched, the players gave him the support he needed. I hope he will come back stronger.
"If his injury changes the plans? No, we work with the players here. We think of the first match of LaLiga. Recruit or prevent a departure? No, it does not change anything.
"I do not think so for now, who will replace Marco. No. We are affected by the injury, but there is a match tomorrow and we will see then."
