Watford are eager to tie Troy Deeney down to an extension.
The Sun says Watford are hoping their club captain will commit the rest of his career to them.
Deeney has two years left on his existing deal with the Hornets.
The 31-year-old could get another two years on the same wage. He may also want to negotiate an increase for what could be his final major contract.
Deeney is in his 10th season with the club. He joined from Walsall in 2010 and has never looked back!
