Former Chelsea star Craig Burley believes that Frank Lampard will face the same problems as Ole Gunnar Solskjr at Manchester United.
The Norwegian enjoyed a good start to life at United, but things fell apart towards the back end of the season.
And Burley feels that Lampard will have a very tough time with Chelsea, given his lack of managerial experience.
"This will work for work for a certain period in terms of knitting together and appeasing fans," Burley told talkSPORT.
"But ultimately, same as Manchester United and Solskjaer and anybody who brings in a former player with little experience, it's going to come down to the results.
"If you're going to Stamford Bridge next season and Chelsea lose five or six on the bounce and I'm not suggesting that could happen but it could.
"Then the fans are going to turn."
