PENAMPANG: Economy Minister Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli has urged PKR members to maintain a principled and people-focused political culture as the Sabah state election approaches.

Speaking at the Hidupkan Idealisme Reformasi dalam Ujian Kuasa (Hiruk) roadshow on Saturday, Rafizi warned against factionalism, personal ambition, and elitist politics that could harm public trust and weaken the party’s grassroots strength.

He stressed the need for Sabah-specific strategies, cautioning against imposing Peninsular-based models that may not suit the state’s unique political landscape.

The Penampang stop is part of PKR’s broader effort to prepare for the upcoming state election through grassroots strengthening and constituency-level analysis.
