Kota Kinabalu: Umno Supreme Council Member Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan said he will likely make a return and contest in the 15th General Election.
However, he said it would still be subject to the party leadership’s decision, which he would fully comply with.
“Whether or not I will contest, it is up to the decision of the party leadership. But the leadership has already implied its aspirations for me to contest in this parliamentary election," the former federal minister and former Kota Belud MP told reporters during an event here today.
“I do not mind offering myself up as a candidate. As a politician, the intention to serve and develop our State and country runs in my blood. I’ve always been close to that vision and mission."
