
Kota Kinabalu: A 44-year-old man was charged with raping his stepdaughter.
The man pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan, to the charge against him.
AdvertisementThe man is accused of raping the 14-year and three-month-old girl between June 26 and 28 this year at a house in Putatan.
The offence, under Section 376(1) of the Penal Code carries a jail term of up to 20 years, and whipping, on conviction.
