Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim have made their final bids for Manchester United.
The Glazers' deadline to submit offers fell at 10pm on Friday evening.
Both Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim tabled their new bids in time to be assessed by the Americans.
BBC Sport says Sheikh Jassim's new offer is for around 5bn and includes a plan to make a significant amount of additional capital and infrastructure investment into the club.
Friday's deadline was for offers to buy the club in total.
