INEOS owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has submitted a revised bid for Manchester United.
The British billionaire believes that he has done enough to purchase the Red Devils.
Per the Daily Record, Ratcliffe has been telling closer friends that he is confident he will win the auction for the club.
The 70-year-old was unsuccessful in his attempts to buy Chelsea last summer.
Ratcliffe is competing against the Qatari royal family, whose representative Sheikh Jassim has also submitted a new offer.
The Glazer family, per ESPN, have not yet received a bid that reaches their valuation.
