New Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to see changes to the club's pay structure.

Ratcliffe is keen to see an overhaul of their player bonus policy.

The Mirror says the director has told chief exec Omar Berrada they must get control of their wage bill.

United spent 330m-a-year on wages, compared with Manchester City's 400m.

However, City have also brought in 300m in prize money.
