Rayo Vallecano president Martin Presa has confirmed he ws assaulted by a member of Raul de Tomas' entourage.
The Espanyol centre-forward, who was linked with Manchester United last month, is a target for Rayo for the January market.
However, it's emerged Presa and a member of RdT's management came to blows in a meeting last week, with the Rayo president being headbutted.
He recalled: "We were on our feet, very heated. When he hit me with a totally unexpected headbutt.
"He is to be a criminal, a coward and very s****y. If he had warned me, we would have fought eachother."
The argument is reported to have been over commissions for the agents.
