RB Leipzig coach Marco Rose has declared he wants to keep Josko Gvardiol.
The defender scored in last night's 1-1 draw with Champions League opponents Manchester City. Gvardiol's goal came just a day after he talked up a future move to Chelsea.
But Rose says he'll fight to keep the Croatian.
"Josko Gvardiol will also be an RB Leipzig player next season. I'm the coach and I ask for it," he stated.
"He is happy here. He says he wants to play in the Premier League, but not when."
