Reading manager Paul Ince admits he's impressed by Erik ten Hag's work at Manchester United.
United defeated Reading in the FA Cup fourth round yesterday.
Former United star Ince said afterwards: "With former Man United teams, teams went to Old Trafford and thought they could get something. What Ten Hag is doing now is he's given this team a presence.
"They are much tougher now than they have been for many years.
"Were they too weak before? Yes, probably. But I really have the feeling that Ten Hag is building something good."
