Real Betis are readying a January move for Tottenham midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
Argentina international Lo Celso, 27, was on loan with Villarreal last season.
Several clubs showed concrete interest in the midfielder this summer, including Barcelona, Napoli and Aston Villa.
However, none of them were ready to pay the money that Tottenham requested, which was between 10-15m.
Now AS says Real Betis want Lo Celso in January. After selling Luiz Felipe to Al-Ittihad for 25m, the Spanish club have money to spend.
Lo Celso has a contract with Tottenham until the summer of 2025.
