Real Betis president Angel Haro says they're keen to secure Isco to a new deal.
The veteran midfielder is off contract at the end of the season.
Haro told Mundo Deportivo: "We hope it will be renewed as soon as possible.
"The understanding is very good and he is happy with us. When both parties are happy it is easy to reach an agreement.
"I hope we reach it soon."
