Real Madrid and Arsenal are watching the 17 year-old midfielder, says The Sun.
Razi made his debut with the League of Ireland club in the FAI Cup in July, quickly followed by UEFA Conference League action.
The Republic of Ireland U17 international made his League debut for Rovers in September.
And his emergence has sparked the interest of scouts from Real and Arsenal.
