Real Madrid were unhappy that Vinicius Jr. is not among the XI best players at The Best.
Florentino Prez's club are not strangers to this type of behaviour. Cristiano Ronaldo, for example, was absent from the 2011 Ballon d'Or gala held in January 2012, while he was also absent from the 2018 Ballon d'Or gala.
