Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti was delighted with his veterans for their 2-0 win at Getafe.
Luka Modric impressed on Thursday night, with Joselu scoring twice.
Ancelotti said: "Joselu is doing everything he needs to do to stay. He's doing spectacularly. It's a blessing to have a striker of this quality. He's always ready from the start, also when he comes into games he always helps the team. He is a very humble person and we're delighted with him."
On Modric, he added: "I think he's doing very well and his game was perfect today. He was the one who managed possession the best.
"We had a lot of energy on the pitch, but he controlled the tempo and played a complete game."
