Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti admits he wants to buy a centre-half in January.
Ancelotti is keen to find a replacement after losing David Alaba to an ACL injury.
He said: "I'm not saying no, we have spoken with the club, we will evaluate it in these days, there is time.
"The market in January does not end until the 31st of that month, we are going to look for the best possible solution. At the moment, we are in no hurry.
"We are going to finish the year well and then there is time to make the best possible decision.
"This is not the time to talk about names. If there is a good possibility, we will do it. There is time to think about it."
