Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti admits they're watching Takeufusa Kubo's progress at Real Madrid.
The former Real Madrid prospect is fulfilling his potential with La Real - and his contract carries a buyback clause.
Ancelotti says: "We are looking at him, he is playing very well but we will talk about him in a few months, knowing that it is very difficult to find minutes in this squad."
Real Madrid sold Kubo this past summer for around 6.5m, with a buy-back option included.
There is also a 50 per cent sell-on clause in Kubo's deal in Real Madrid's favour.
