Real Madrid defender Edgar Pujol has accepted selection with the Dominican Republic.

A Spain U19 international, Pujol is committing to the Dominican Republic for the Paris Olympic Games.

The 19 year-old played for Spain from U15 to U19 level before this week's decision.

Pujol also recently signed a deal with Real to 2027.

This season with Castilla, he has played 22 games and also made the matchday squad for the first team in the win against Valencia.
