Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois admits he's close to president Florentino Perez.
Courtois says he appreciates Florentino's management.
He said: "I get along well with Florentino, he's the boss. He wants us to win. I like his style, he is very close. He does not lose a game, something that I had not seen before in a director.
"He demands a lot from you, but he's a great president. He has achieved it all. It is not that we send each other wasaps, but we talk before and after the game.
"In the box, he always comes over to chat with my girlfriend and with the families of the rest of the players."
On Real coach Carlo Ancelotti, Courtois also said: "Ancelotti is very understanding. From December to June we don't stop, we play every three days. At Real Madrid you always have to win, that's why it's important to disconnect."
