
Real Madrid are preparing to have talks with Eduardo Camavinga about extending his contract.
The Frenchman has been instrumental to the club this season, playing in several different positions.
While Camavinga prefers playing as a midfielder, he has also seen a lot of game time as a left-back.
Per The Athletic, Real want to ensure Camavinga is their player for a long time to come amid interest from Manchester United. The youngster has been recommended to United by former Real teammate Casemiro.
The source adds that the 20-year-old will get a wage rise for his efforts at the club so far.
They will also add a 1 billion release clause into his contract to ward off suitors.
