Real are eager to negotiate a release from his contract with the former Chelsea captain.
A return to England or a move to MLS has been mooted for Hazard.
Hazard joined Real Madrid in 2019 as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo for a fee of 160m. In doing so, he became the most expensive signing in the history of Real.
However, injury problems have plagued the midfielder's three years in Madrid.
Hazard hasn't played for Real Madrid since September 11 and has completely disappeared from Carlo Ancelotti's plans. Management are now hopeful he will accept his future lies elsewhere.
