Real Madrid are resigned to losing Karim Benzema this summer.
Benzema is set to accept a two-year contract from Al-Ittihad.
The Frenchman today 'liked' a social media post reacting to a story from reporter Julien Laurens that he will be leaving.
Laurens reported: "Karim Benzema has decided to leave Real Madrid after 14 years and 25 trophies including 5 Champions Leagues. His legacy is immense. An incredible person and an incredible player.
"One of the greatest ever."
