Casemiro has received a bank-busting contract offer from Manchester United, which are also willing to go to €60m to convince Real to sell the 30 year-old.
Real are open to doing business and see Guimaraes as a replacement.
However, Newcastle have no interest in selling their star midfielder and would only consider parting with him for an offer of €100m or more.
