Real Madrid striker Joselu has explained his fluffed chance in victory at Cadiz.
Joselu had a chance to score late on, but allowed the ball to run past him. The veteran later explained he was hoping to set up Rodrygo Goes for his hat-trick goal.
He said, "I just talked about it today with Rodrygo, that the ball of Jude (Bellingham) was not expected either ... He first tries to make a dummy, then he haggles over the goalkeeper And when he haggles, I understand that he is going to continue the play and I try to take off so that he ends up scoring.
"In the end neither one nor the other. I think it is the first time that such a move has happened to me, but hey ...
"It remains an anecdote and the important thing is that the team won and took the game forward."
