Real Mallorca striker Matthew Hoppe is on his way to Middlesbrough.
The Vermilion team have reached an agreement in principle to sell Hoppe to Championship outfit Middlesbrough for 2.5 million euros.
The only thing missing is the signature of the American for the operation to become official.
He is scheduled to travel to Teesside in the next few hours to sign the agreement.
Mallorca will recover the investment made just a season ago when it paid close to 3 million euros to Schalke 04.
